About the Role
Andy’s Auto Body is looking for an entry-level technician who wants to build a career in collision repair. If you have basic mechanical or auto body knowledge, enjoy hands-on work, and are eager to learn from experienced technicians, we’d like to hear from you.
Responsibilities
- Assist with vehicle disassembly and reassembly.
- Help prepare panels for repair and refinishing through sanding, masking, and other prep work.
- Learn to identify collision damage and follow repair plans and shop procedures.
- Use hand and power tools safely and keep your work area organized.
- Support experienced technicians while developing your repair skills.
Qualifications
- Basic mechanical or auto body knowledge and familiarity with common tools.
- Willingness to learn, follow instructions, and take pride in accurate work.
- Dependable attendance and the ability to work well with a team.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Must have a basic set of personal tools to bring to work.
- Trade school or collision repair training is preferred, but hands-on experience is welcome.
