Location: Salt Lake City, UT
Job Type: Full-Time | In-Person
Schedule: 8-Hour Day Shift

We're looking for a Personal Lines CSR / Account Manager to join our team in Salt Lake City, UT. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced insurance professional who enjoys working directly with clients, managing policy needs, and providing reliable day-to-day account support.

If you have Personal Lines insurance experience and an active P&C Producer License, we'd love to hear from you.

What You'll Do

As a Personal Lines CSR / Account Manager, you'll provide full-service support to both prospective and existing insurance clients while helping ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Enter new client and policy information into the system

  • Communicate with clients by phone, email, text, mail, fax, and in person

  • Modify and maintain client and policy information as needed

  • Update information for renewal policies

  • Prepare and provide letters to clients

  • Create and electronically transmit certificates of insurance upon request

  • Follow up on insurance claims as appropriate

  • Request policy renewal quotes from insurance companies and provide them to the agent/client

  • Rate policy quotes using agency-based and web-based software

  • Take claim information from clients and process it in a timely manner

  • Complete required forms for insurance companies

  • Complete daily assignments as directed by management

What We're Looking For

Required:

  • Resident P&C Producer License

  • High school diploma or GED

  • Customer service experience

  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook

Preferred:

  • 2+ years of Personal Lines insurance experience

  • Experience with AMS360

  • Experience providing direct client/account support
