Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and organize incoming shipments to ensure accuracy and quality.
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment in a timely manner.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse to promote safety and efficiency.
- Operate warehouse equipment, such as forklifts and pallet jacks, in accordance with safety guidelines.
- Assist with inventory management and cycle counts to keep stock levels accurate.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals and deadlines.
- Report any discrepancies or issues to the supervisor promptly.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or similar environment is a plus.
- Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) and perform physical tasks.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Basic computer skills for inventory tracking and order processing.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including overtime when needed.
