Production Team Member

Pepsi MidAmerica is seeking dependable, hardworking individuals to join our team as Production Team Members. This is a fast-paced, hands-on position responsible for assembling customer orders, building and preparing pallets, handling product, and maintaining a clean, safe, and organized work environment.

• Assemble customer orders using a handheld picking device and assigned order system.

• Pick and organize products accurately according to assigned orders.

• Build stable, structurally sound pallets using the full length and width of the pallet base.

• Maintain established productivity and accuracy standards.

• Properly weigh, tag, wrap, and stage completed pallets in designated locations.

• Securely wrap pallets from top to bottom to help prevent product damage or spillage.

• Identify and report damaged products to the appropriate supervisor.

• Notify leadership when products require restocking and follow proper procedures for out-of-stock items.

• Assist with loading, unloading, moving, and organizing products as needed.

• Keep production areas, pick lanes, and workspaces clean and free of debris.

• Participate in end-of-shift cleanup and housekeeping duties.

• Work cooperatively with Production, Warehouse, Forklift, and Shipping/Receiving team members.

• Follow all company safety procedures and workplace policies.

• Complete additional duties and tasks as assigned by management.

Candidates should be dependable, hardworking, safety-conscious, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, physically active environment. Team members must be able to work efficiently while maintaining accuracy, quality, and productivity.

Starting Pay:$18.00–$20.00 per hour
