A-R Electrical Services LLC is seeking a motivated, reliableElectrical Assistant / Laborerto join our growing team. This position is ideal for an individual who already possesses a basic understanding of electrical work, knows how to handle hand and power tools safely, andmost importantlyis capable ofworking independently without constant supervision.

Core Responsibilities
- Independent Execution:Successfully complete assigned daily tasks on-site with minimal supervision after initial instructions are given.
- Rough-In & Installation:Assist with pulling wire, running conduit, mounting boxes, and installing basic electrical fixtures and devices to code.
- Material & Tool Management:Organize, transport, and maintain electrical components, conduit, hand tools, and power tools. Keep service vehicles stocked.
- Site Preparation & Safety:Set up safe working environments, follow OSHA and job site safety guidelines, and maintain an immaculate, clean workspace throughout the day.
- Active Problem Solving:Anticipate next steps on a project and troubleshoot minor issues independently rather than waiting for instruction.
