At Magnolia, we specialize in providing high-quality, individualized ABA therapy to children with autism. Our clinicians work collaboratively to help each child build meaningful skills, increase independence, and make progress that extends beyond therapy and into everyday life.

As a LABA at Magnolia, you’ll have the opportunity to take an active role in treatment, support and mentor Behavior Technicians, collaborate with experienced clinicians, and continue developing your skills in a positive, team-oriented environment.
What You’ll DoAs a LABA, you’ll work closely with our clinical team to support the delivery of individualized ABA services in both clinic and home-based settings throughout the DuPont area.
Responsibilities:
Providing direct and supervisory ABA services to children with autism
Assisting with the development, implementation, and ongoing evaluation of individualized treatment plans
Supervising, training, and supporting Certified Behavior Technicians (CBTs) and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)
Monitoring client progress and analyzing behavioral data to help guide treatment decisions
Collaborating with BCBAs, caregivers, and other members of the treatment team
Helping ensure treatment is implemented consistently and with clinical integrity
Participating in team meetings, training, and ongoing professional development

Required Qualifications:
Current Washington State Licensed Assistant Behavior Analyst (LABA)
Ability to successfully complete required background screening
Reliable transportation for home-based services
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work collaboratively with clients, families, technicians, and clinical leadership
Experience working in Applied Behavior Analysis, autism services, behavioral health, education, clinical supervision, or staff training is highly valued.
Compensation & BenefitsHourly Pay: $33–$37, based on experience and qualifications
