Hosack Plumbing, Heating & Cooling is growing, and we're looking for an experienced Residential Service Plumber to join our team in O'Fallon!

• $85,000–$250,000+ annual earning potential based on performance

As a Residential Service Plumber, you'll work directly with homeowners throughout the O'Fallon and greater St. Louis area to diagnose plumbing issues and provide professional solutions.

You will:

• Diagnose, repair, and resolve residential plumbing issues

• Respond to residential plumbing and drain service calls

• Install, repair, and maintain pipes, valves, fittings, fixtures, water heaters, and plumbing systems

• Perform plumbing and drain inspections

• Identify additional plumbing concerns while in the home

• Educate homeowners on repair, replacement, maintenance, and upgrade options

• Clearly explain findings, recommendations, and pricing

• Provide options that fit the homeowner's needs without high-pressure sales tactics

• Build trust and long-term relationships with customers

• Complete accurate job documentation, including time, materials, and scope of work

• Maintain your company vehicle, tools, and equipment

• Work closely with dispatch, leadership, and other team members

• Follow company safety and quality standards

• 2+ years of residential service plumbing experience

• Strong plumbing diagnostic and troubleshooting skills

• Experience working directly with homeowners

• Comfortable presenting repair and replacement options

• Strong communication and customer-service skills

• Sales or in-home service experience preferred

• Ability to work independently and manage service calls efficiently

• Service Titan experience preferred

• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record

• Ability to successfully complete required background and drug screening

• Full-time

• Monday–Friday

• Every other Saturday

• Rotating on-call schedule
