Job Summary:
TheKey Account Managerisresponsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our keyaccountsin an effort to retain current business,while alsoidentifying new opportunities to increase sales volume.Theroleinvolves direct client contact along with the ability to build and foster excellent teamwork with other internal stakeholders.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts.
- Developand implementgrowth strategiesto increase sales volume withassigned customers through phone calls, cold calling, and onsite meetings.
- Work with clients to understand andidentifytheir strategic vision,objectivesand needs while aligning our products and services.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and work to resolve customer concerns.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
Experience & Qualifications:
- Four-year college degree,preferred
- 1-3 yearspreviousexperience in sales or service industry.
- Proventrack recordof driving sales growth and building strong relationships with customers
- Strong client-facing skills and effectiveat selling todecision-makers.
- Entrepreneurialand goal-driven focus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication.
- Plans,organizes,and uses timeefficiently and effectively.
- Dependable, follow instructions,respondsto management direction.
- Maintains a valid driver's license, auto insurance, and ability pass a drug and background check.
Physical Requirements:
- Prolonged periods of sitting,standing,walking,andtalking on the phone, attending virtual onlinemeetings,and working on a computer.
- Must be able tolift upto25poundsat times.
- Must be able tooperatea motor vehicle and travel whenneeded.
