We're looking for an experienced attorney who thrives within strong systems and values collaboration. This full-time position offers a competitive salary of $90,000 - $150,000, depending on experience, along with a financial bonus opportunity, health insurance, and a 401(k) with employer match. Compensation:

Responsibilities:
  • Lead client consultations to understand their estate planning needs and provide tailored legal advice.
  • Draft, review, and finalize estate planning documents, ensuring accuracy and compliance with legal standards.
  • Represent clients in probate proceedings, advocating for their interests with professionalism and integrity.
  • Collaborate with our team to develop innovative legal strategies that align with client goals and firm objectives.
  • Stay updated on changes in estate law and integrate new knowledge into client services and firm practices.
  • Mentor junior attorneys and staff, fostering a culture of learning and professional growth within the firm.
  • Utilize technology to streamline case management and improve client communication and service delivery.

Qualifications:
What We’re Looking For
  • 3+ years of Minnesota Estate Planning and Probate experience.
  • Ability to confidently manage files and produce high-quality work with limited supervision.
  • A strong writer and communicator who provides thoughtful, compassionate client service.
  • Someone who is organized, detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and comfortable working within established systems and processes.
  • A collaborative attorney who values consistency, accountability, and being part of a team.
