Electromechanical Systems Assembly Technician

Location: Beverly, MA

Compensation: $24.20 – $27.60 per hour, dependent on shift and experience

Shifts Hiring: 2nd Shift (2:00 PM – 10:30 PM) and 3rd Shift (8:00 PM – 6:30 AM, Mon–Thurs)

You clock in, review the work order, and pull up the latest prints and schematics. With parts kitted and tools staged, you build out electromechanical subassemblies and full machine modules to exact engineering specifications. Throughout the shift, you perform mechanical and electrical tests, run basic leak checks, and partner with cell quality to investigate any nonconformances. You keep test fixtures in top condition and log every step in Glovia and MICA, ensuring complete and accurate documentation. As orders ship, you verify torque settings, finalize wiring, and prepare the next build so the following handoff is seamless.

• Assemble, test, and rebuild electromechanical units, subassemblies, and complete machine modules to print specifications
• Conduct mechanical/electrical testing and basic leak checks; support cell quality investigations
• Maintain and troubleshoot test fixtures to ensure reliable performance
• Complete standard documentation accurately in Glovia and MICA

• 3–10 years of hands-on electromechanical assembly experience (semiconductor capital equipment background preferred)
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and electrical schematics
• Cable soldering and crimping experience is a plus
• Comfort lifting up to 50 lbs
• Willingness to work 5–15 hours of overtime per week
