What You’ll Do:
- Confirm which factories are on each bid or project and research alternate factories that could support it
- Generate a full list of items that need factory quotes and manage quotetimelines,so bids are submitted on time
- Build completed quotes for the sales team to submit to dealers
- Review dealer purchase orders to make sure they match factory quotes
- Submit purchase orders to factories and confirmacknowledgmentof acceptance
- Keep dealers updated on equipment shipment dates
- Resolve dealer complaints or equipment issues by working directly with the factories
What We’re Looking For:
- 2+ years of business-to-business (B2B) customer support experience
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proficientin Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong attention to detail and a solution-minded approach toproblem-solving
