Production Associates & Machine Operators – Waco, TX
We are currently hiring Production Associates and Machine Operators for a busy manufacturing facility in the Waco area. These are great opportunities for dependable, hardworking candidates looking for long-term manufacturing work.
PRODUCTION ASSOCIATES
Pay: $15.00/hour
Schedule:
1st Shift: 5:00 AM–5:00 PM, Monday–Friday
2nd Shift: 5:00 PM–5:00 AM, Monday–Friday
Overtime as needed
Job Duties:
Perform general production and manufacturing duties
Operate equipment and assist with production processes
Load and unload materials
Monitor products for quality
Follow safety procedures and production instructions
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Work as part of a team to meet production goals
MACHINE OPERATORS
Pay: $19.00–$21.00/hour
Schedule:
1st Shift: 5:00 AM–5:00 PM, Monday–Friday
2nd Shift: 5:00 PM–5:00 AM, Monday–Friday
Overtime as needed
Job Duties:
Operate and monitor manufacturing machinery
Set up and adjust equipment as needed
Monitor production and product quality
Troubleshoot basic machine issues
Perform routine equipment checks
Follow production and safety procedures
Maintain a clean and safe work environment
Meet daily production goals
REQUIREMENTS
Previous manufacturing or production experience preferred
Machine operating experience preferred for Machine Operator positions
Ability to work 12-hour shifts
Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
Ability to work overtime as needed
Ability to stand, walk, and perform physical work throughout the shift
Must be able to follow safety procedures and instructions
