Registered Nurse (RN) - Per Diem Opportunity
At Bayshore Nursing & Rehab, we are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our per diem team in Glendale, Wisconsin. As a valued member of our healthcare team, you will provide high-quality patient care and support in a dynamic and collaborative environment.
Responsibilities:
Provide direct patient care, assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating care for our residents and patients
Develop and implement individualized care plans, taking into account the unique needs and preferences of each patient
Collaborate with other members of the healthcare team, including physicians, therapists, and support staff, to ensure comprehensive care
Conduct regular assessments and monitor patient progress, adjusting care plans as needed
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and reports on patient care and treatment

Requirements:
Current registration as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the State of Wisconsin
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong assessment and critical thinking skills
Ability to lift, transfer, and move patients as needed
