Home Care Companion
Job Summary:
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Home Care Companion to join our team at SYNERGY HomeCare of Lowcountry in Hilton Head Island, South Carolina. As a Home Care Companion, you will provide emotional support, personal care, and companionship to our clients in their homes. Responsibilities:
Provide emotional support and companionship to clients in their homes
Assist with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
Help with light housekeeping, meal preparation, and management
Assist with managing medication and medical equipment
Encourage socialization and engagement with clients
Report any changes or concerns to the client's care team

Requirements:
