Responsibilities
- Prepare ingredients and cook menu items according to standardized recipes and quality standards
- Assist with menu planning by preparing ingredients in advance and suggesting improvements

- Maintain cleanliness of workstations, utensils, and kitchen appliances in compliance with food safety standards
- Handle food safely by following proper food handling procedures and safety protocols
- Collaborate closely with kitchen staff to ensure smooth communication and timely meal service
- Support catering events or special functions by preparing meals according to specifications
Experience
- 1-2yrs previous experience in a food service environment, restaurant, or culinary setting is preferred
- Knowledge of food safety management practices and safety standards in production environments
- Skilled in knife handling, slicing techniques, and general food preparation methods
- Experience with meal preparation, recipe adherence, and menu execution
- Ability to operate various kitchen equipment safely and efficiently
- Strong communication skills to coordinate effectively with kitchen team members
