Accounts Payable Specialist– Waco, TX
Diversified Sourcing Solutions is now hiring an experienced Accounts Payable Specialist for a local company in the Waco area. We are looking for a detail-oriented and dependable professional with previous Accounts Payable experience who can manage invoices, payments, and other accounting responsibilities.
Pay: $17.00–$20.00/hour, based on experience
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
Location: Waco, TX
Job Duties:
Process and enter invoices accurately
Review invoices for accuracy and proper approval
Match invoices with purchase orders and supporting documentation
Assist with vendor setup and maintenance
Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies
Prepare and process payments
Maintain accurate Accounts Payable records
Assist with month-end closing activities
Communicate with vendors regarding invoices and payments
Perform other accounting and administrative duties as needed
Requirements:
Previous Accounts Payable experience required
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Good organizational and time-management skills
Strong computer skills
Ability to handle confidential financial information
Excellent communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Reliable attendance and professional work ethic
