Quality Control Manager (QCM)(Construction): $80k-$100k/annually DOE!

Integrity Trade Services is hiring a Quality Control Manager (QCM)for our construction client to start immediately at $80,000-100,000 DOE! Receive comprehensive benefits upon hire!
Location: Murfreesboro, TN On-Site
Shift: Monday-Friday, 7AM-4:30PM
Key Responsibilities
- • Prepare, implement, and enforce the Contractor Quality Control (CQC) Plan, including
coordination with the Accident Prevention Plan (APP) and Site Safety & Health Officer
(SSHO).
• Manage and document the Three-Phase Control System (Preparatory, Initial, and
Follow-up) for all definable features of work.
• Perform daily QC inspections and maintain a project QC log with corrective actions.
• Review and process submittals, shop drawings, samples, and manufacturer’s data for
compliance.
• Maintain the submittal register and ensure timely submission and approvals per
specification requirements.
• Coordinate and schedule all tests, inspections, and special procedures, ensuring
compliance with ASTM, ACI, AISC, and other referenced standards.
• Verify all work complies with contract documents, approved submittals, and VA
specifications.
• Ensure proper tracking and maintenance of as-built drawings, deficiency logs, and test
reports.
• Submit Daily QC Reports summarizing work activities, inspections, and corrective
actions to the VA Resident Engineer.
• Conduct weekly QC coordination meetings with subcontractors, testing agencies, and
the VA COR.
• Oversee and verify subcontractor quality programs to ensure compliance with the
prime contractor’s QC plan.
• Ensure timely completion of punch list items and deficiency resolution prior to project
turnover.
Minimum Qualifications
Training/Certifications: • USACE Construction Quality Management for Contractors (CQM-C) Certification
(required).
• OSHA 30-Hour Construction Safety Training (preferred).
• First Aid/CPR Certification (preferred).
Experience: • Minimum of 10 years of construction experience, with at least 3 years in quality control
management on federal construction projects.
• Previous experience on VA, USACE, or NAVFAC projects strongly preferred.
• Proven record of managing QC submittals, testing, and inspection programs.
Knowledge/Skills: • Strong knowledge of VA specifications, Section 01 45 00, USACE Three-Phase QC
System, EM 385-1-1, OSHA, and NFPA.
• Ability to review and interpret drawings, specifications, and technical submittals.
• Excellent documentation and reporting skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office and QC
tracking software.
• Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to manage subcontractors
and testing agencies.
