Production Packer
Location: Paris, KY
Pay Rate: $16.00/hour during training; increases to $17.00/hour when moved to 3rd shift

- Training/1st Shift: Monday–Wednesday, 6:00 AM–6:00 PM; Thursday, 6:00 AM–10:30 AM
- After Training/3rd Shift: Monday–Wednesday, 6:00 PM–6:00 AM; Thursday, 6:00 PM–10:30 PM
Position Overview
We are hiring dependable and self-motivated Production Packers to join a busy manufacturing team in Paris, KY. This position is responsible for packaging finished briquette products, performing quality checks, and keeping production moving efficiently.
Employees will train on 1st shift at $16/hour before transitioning to 3rd shift at $17/hour. The ideal candidate is reliable, self-motivated, safety-minded, and comfortable working on their feet in a fast-paced production environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Package finished briquette products into cartons, boxes, or containers according to specifications
- Inspect products for quality, defects, proper packaging, and accurate labeling
- Assemble boxes and prepare packaging materials for production
- Count, sort, and organize finished products
- Prepare packaged products for shipment
- Assist with production line operations and other manufacturing tasks as needed
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
- Follow all safety procedures, production standards, and company policies
- Meet daily production and quality expectations
- Work cooperatively with team members and supervisors
Qualifications
- Previous production, warehouse, manufacturing, or packaging experience preferred, but not required
- Must be self-motivated and able to work independently
- Ability to stand and remain active throughout the entire shift
- Ability to consistently lift up to 40–50 lbs.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment

- Willingness to work the required training and 3rd-shift schedule
