Responsibilities of theMachine Operator:
- Operate automatic and tumbler machines used in the washing and processing of manufactured spring products.
- Retrieve parts and prepare materials for production.
- Load products into washing equipment and monitor the process.
- Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards are met.
- Record production and quality information on daily log sheets.
- Weigh, package, and label finished products for shipment.
- Move materials using pallet jacks and other material-handling equipment.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
Machine OperatorRequirements and Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Previous manufacturing experience preferred.
- Experience working with coil springs, compression springs, torsion springs, wire forms, or similar products is a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.
- Ability tolift upto 50 pounds.
- Ability to safely operate a pallet jack and handle materials throughout the facility.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Pay forMachine Operator:Starting at $17/hour.
