PCU Registered Nurse (RN) URGENT NEED

Location: Fort Walton Beach, FL

We areurgently seeking an experienced Progressive Care Unit (PCU) Registered Nurse to join a fast-paced acute-care hospital team in Fort Walton Beach, Florida.

This position is ideal for an RN with strong PCU experience who is comfortable caring for higher-acuity patients and collaborating with physicians and interdisciplinary clinical teams.

• Provide safe, high-quality nursing care to PCU patients.
• Assess and monitor patients and respond appropriately to changes in condition.
• Administer medications, treatments, and physician-ordered interventions.
• Develop and implement individualized nursing care plans.
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary healthcare teams.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and follow patient safety standards.

• Minimum 2 years of acute-care PCU RN experience required
• Active RN license permitting practice in Florida
• Strong clinical assessment and critical-thinking skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced acute-care environment
