Pay: $42-45/hr

Job Summary:

As a Weekend Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor at Hickory Grove Post Acute, you will play a vital role in leading our dedicated team of nurses and healthcare professionals on weekends. As a dynamic and experienced nurse leader, you will be responsible for ensuring high-quality patient care, promoting a positive work environment, and fostering open communication among staff members. Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of a team of Registered Nurses, Certified Nursing Assistants, and other healthcare professionals on weekends

• Provide direct patient care as needed, including administering medications, wound care, and vital sign monitoring

• Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with patients, families, and healthcare providers

• Conduct thorough assessments, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions as necessary

• Maintain accurate and thorough records, including patient charts and medication administration records

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to address patient needs, resolve conflicts, and improve outcomes

• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, hospital policies, and professional standards

Requirements:

• Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state of Tennessee

• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and empower staff members

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a focus on patient-centered care

• Familiarity with electronic medical records and computer systems
