About the Role: Sign Effectz, Inc. is looking for a skilled and motivated Sign
Installer/Construction professional to join our team in Milwaukee, WI. If you love working with your hands, tackling hands-on projects, and seeing the tangible results of your work, this is the opportunity for you. Responsibilities:- Install a variety of commercial and custom signage including exterior, interior, and monument signs
- Read and interpret blueprints, site plans, and installation drawings
- Operate lifts, boom trucks, and other heavy equipment for sign installation
- Perform site surveys and assessments prior to installation
- Ensure all installations meet safety codes, zoning regulations, and quality standards
- Perform routine maintenance, repairs, and refurbishment of existing signage
- Coordinate with project managers and clients to ensure timely project completion
Requirements:- Prior experience in sign installation, construction, or a related skilled trade
- Ability to work at heights and operate aerial lifts or boom trucks safely
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; CDL a plus
- Basic electrical knowledge for illuminated sign installation preferred
- Strong mechanical aptitude and proficiency with hand and power tools
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physically demanding work outdoors in varying weather
- Strong attention to detail, reliability, and a team-first attitude
