K2 Logistics is hiring enthusiastic, reliable, and customer-focused Delivery Associates to join our team. As a Delivery Associate, you will be responsible for safely and efficiently delivering packages to customers while providing excellent service.

Company vehicle provided no CDL required!

Key Responsibilities

• Safely operate a company delivery vehicle throughout your assigned route.

• Load and unload packages safely and efficiently.

• Deliver packages to customers accurately and on time.

• Follow assigned delivery routes, schedules, and instructions.

• Use a handheld device for navigation, routing, and customer delivery information.

• Navigate a variety of residential and commercial delivery areas.

• Provide friendly and professional customer service at every delivery.

• Work safely in varying weather and road conditions.

• Maintain attention to detail and accurately follow directions.

• Communicate with managers and authorized company employees regarding schedules, performance, and other work-related matters.

• Maintain a professional attitude and represent K2 Logistics positively in the community.

Physical Requirements

The Delivery Associate position requires physical activity throughout the workday. Candidates must be able to:

• Lift and carry packages weighing up to 50 lbs.

• Repeatedly enter and exit a delivery van.

• Walk, stand, bend, and move throughout the shift.

• Walk up and down stairs while making deliveries.

• Safely load and unload packages.

• Perform essential job duties with or without reasonable accommodation.

Basic Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.

• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.

• Must have a valid driver's license and a clean driving record.

• Must successfully complete a pre-employment drug screening.

• Must be comfortable driving for extended periods.

• Must be comfortable working outdoors and in varying weather conditions.

• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow directions.

• Reliable, punctual, and safety-focused.

• Positive attitude and strong customer-service skills.

• Team player with the ability to work independently.

Schedule

• 8–10 hour shifts

• Day shifts beginning at approximately 11:00 AM

• No overnight shifts

• Full-time and part-time positions available

• Scheduling options may include:

  • Monday–Friday

  • Weekends

  • Weekends as needed

  • Weekends only

  • Flexible scheduling
