General Production Worker

Location: Middletown, CT

Pay: $22-$24/hr

We are seeking a motivated and dependable Entry-Level Powder Coater to join our production team. No previous powder coating experience is required. We are willing to train the right candidate who has a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a desire to learn a skilled trade.

• Prepare metal parts for powder coating by cleaning, masking, and hanging materials.
• Assist with powder coating application and finishing processes.
• Inspect parts for quality and finish consistency.
• Operate and maintain coating equipment following company procedures.
• Load and unload materials safely.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Follow all safety guidelines and company policies.

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Manufacturing or warehouse experience is a plus but not required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Strong attention to detail and quality.
• Ability to stand for extended periods.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Willingness to learn and work in a team environment.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Middletown, CT.

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
