As an In-Home Sales Representative, you'll be the face of our company, meeting with pre-qualified homeowners and presenting innovative bath remodeling solutions tailored to their needs. This outside sales position utilizes industry-leading technology to design and showcase custom bath projects while helping customers transform their homes.

• Conduct professional in-home presentations using our proprietary iPad-based sales system.
• Meet with pre-qualified leads provided by the company.
• Participate in weekly sales training sessions to continuously develop your skills.
• Utilize user-friendly design software to create personalized bath remodeling solutions.
• Present pricing options and confidently close sales.
• Build strong relationships with homeowners and deliver an exceptional customer experience.
• Consistently achieve and exceed sales goals.

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Previous in-home sales experience is highly preferred.
• Experience in the home remodeling industry is a strong plus.
• Reliable transportation and residence within the local area.
• Confidence in public speaking and delivering presentations with professionalism.
• Self-motivated, ambitious, and goal-oriented mindset.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, performance-driven sales environment.
• Outgoing and articulate personality with strong relationship-building skills.
• Proficiency with basic technology and tablet applications.
