As the Operational Excellence Manager, you own the overall health of your locationits culture, people, workflow, customer experience, performance, and facility. Your role isn't to personally do everyone else’s job; it is to lead the people who do, recognize when the operation drifts from our standard, and take decisive action to keep us on track.

What You’ll Lead & Do Overseeing the day-to-day performance of your location, you’ll collaborate closely with Service Advisors, Shop Foremen, Technicians, Speed Rack personnel, Parts, and Transportation teams:
Lead & Develop: Coach, mentor, and motivate a high-performing team while building a culture of ownership, accountability, empathy, and teamwork.
Manage Workflow & Execution: Maintain a constant pulse on shop productivity, diagnostics, carryovers, parts delays, same-day completions, and facility standards.
Protect the Standard: Protect our 5-star reputation and Red Carpet service, resolving customer concerns quickly with genuine ownership.
Be the Solution: Understand issues, leverage team resources, make decisions, and follow through until problems are truly solved.
