The Shift Lead works alongside the management team and bakery team members to ensure smooth day-to-day operations, exceptional guest service, outstanding product quality and a positive, fun workplace.

This is a hands-on leadership role. You won’t simply supervise from the sidelines. You’ll jump in, support the team, solve problems, coach team members and help keep the bakery running at its best.

• Maintain hands-on knowledge of bakery positions and step into different roles when business needs require it.
• Help support community events, fundraising opportunities and other local marketing initiatives.
• Communicate important shift information and concerns to bakery management.
• Take ownership of problems and work toward solutions instead of waiting for someone else to fix them.
