Chuckanut Ridge Assisted Living | Bellingham, WA
Chuckanut Ridge Assisted Living is looking for a Resident Care Coordinator who is responsible, kind, smart, creative, and ready to lead.
We are a locally owned and operated senior living community in Bellingham, and we believe the best communities are built by good people who genuinely know their residents, support one another, solve problems, and take pride in the work they do.
This is an important leadership role in our community. We aren't looking for someone who simply checks boxes or keeps a schedule running. We're looking for someone who notices what needs to be done, steps in, brings people together, and helps make Chuckanut Ridge a great place to live and work.
What You'll DoAs our Resident Care Coordinator, you'll work closely with our Director of Nursing and care team to make sure our residents receive thoughtful, individualized support while helping our caregivers feel trained, supported, and successful.
You'll get to know our residentstheir routines, preferences, personalities, families, strengths, and the things that matter to them. You'll help translate that knowledge into service plans and everyday care that supports independence, dignity, choice, and quality of life.
You'll also be an important leader for our care team. That means:
Experience matters, but who you are matters just as much.
You may be a great fit if you are someone who:
Previous experience working with older adults is important, and experience in assisted living, long-term care, caregiving, medication assistance, scheduling, or team leadership is strongly preferred.
Why Chuckanut Ridge? We're not a giant corporate chain. We're part of a locally owned and operated healthcare organization, and that allows us to stay connected to our communities, our residents, and the people doing the work every day.
At Chuckanut Ridge, we believe quality of life is about more than meeting basic needs. It's about choice, independence, relationships, purpose, laughter, movement, connection, and belonging.
We want our employees to bring their personalities and ideas to work. If you see a better way to do something, we want to hear it. If you have a great idea for a resident or the team, bring it. If someone needs help, step in.
We are building a community where people know each other, support each other, and are proud of what they accomplish together.
If you're looking for a position where you can lead, problem-solve, build relationships, and go home knowing your work mattered, we'd love to meet you.
Apply today with your resume and tell us a little about yourself.
