Job Title: Material Handler
Location: Largo, FL
Pay Rate: $18.88
Hours: 11:00PM - 7:30AM

Minimum Qualifications:

Previous manufacturing, warehouse, or material handling experience preferred
Ability to safely move, stage, and supply materials throughout the manufacturing facility
Strong attention to detail and ability to identify and verify materials
Ability to follow work instructions, quality standards, and safety procedures
Ability to perform repetitive tasks and stand, walk, lift, and move materials for extended periods
Ability to lift and move raw materials, containers, and finished products as required
Forklift or pallet jack experience preferred
Reliable attendance and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dependable Material Handler to join our manufacturing team. The Material Handler will be responsible for moving, staging, labeling, and supplying raw materials and finished products throughout the manufacturing facility. This role requires strong attention to detail, safety awareness, accurate material handling, and a commitment to maintaining consistent production flow.

Responsibilities:

Move and stage raw materials, components, finished products, and supplies throughout the manufacturing facility
Supply production machines and work areas with the correct materials as needed
Verify material identification, quantities, labels, and locations
Receive, organize, and store incoming materials in designated areas
Load and unload materials and shipments as required
Operate pallet jacks, carts, forklifts, and other material-handling equipment as authorized
Monitor material levels and notify the appropriate team member when materials are running low
Ensure materials, regrind, containers, and finished products are properly labeled and matched
Maintain accurate material movement and inventory records as required
Inspect materials and containers for damage, incorrect labeling, or other discrepancies
Maintain clean and organized material storage areas and keep aisles clear
Follow all safety, quality, production, material-handling, and housekeeping procedures
Communicate important material, inventory, and production information to the following shift
