2nd Shift: $18.00/hour ($17.50 + $0.50 shift differential)

This is a great opportunity for someone looking for 2–3 days of work per week while gaining hands-on experience in food manufacturing. Previous food manufacturing experience is helpful, but not required. You'll learn on the job while working alongside an experienced production team. We're looking for dependable people who are ready to work, enjoy staying active, and are willing to learn.

What You'll Do You'll work alongside our production team to help safely and efficiently produce and package our food products. Depending on your assigned production area, you may: • Prepare, handle, weigh, and package food products • Work at different stations on the production line • Place products on pans, trays, racks, or conveyors • Operate basic production equipment such as scales, conveyors, and metal detectors • Inspect products to help ensure quality standards are met • Package, stack, and palletize finished products • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area • Follow food safety, GMP, and workplace safety requirements • Learn different production positions and help teammates when needed What We're Looking For Experience isn't everything. Dependability and willingness to learn matter. We're looking for people who: • Show up on time and are ready to work • Enjoy working as part of a team • Are willing to learn different production positions • Can follow instructions, food safety requirements, and safety procedures • Can read, write, and perform basic counting • Are comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment • Can work the agreed-upon part-time schedule consistently • May be available for additional hours when interested and business needs allow Learn Skills You Can Build On Working in production can be the starting point for learning valuable manufacturing skills.
As you gain experience, you'll have the opportunity to learn more about production equipment, food safety, quality, warehouse operations, and manufacturing processes. Opportunities may also become available in Quality Assurance, Warehouse, Sanitation, and Maintenance based on experience, qualifications, performance, available positions, and business needs.
What to Expect This is an active, hands-on job. You'll spend most of your shift on your feet and may regularly bend, reach, lift, carry, push, and pull. The production environment may involve repetitive movements, moderate-to-loud noise, and varying temperatures. Employees must be able to perform the essential functions of the position, with or without reasonable accommodation, including regularly lifting objects weighing up to 50 lbs.
