Registered Nurse (RN) - Emergency Room

We are seeking an Emergency Room Registered Nurse (RN) to provide care to patients ranging from minor injuries to critically ill cases in a fast-paced emergency department.

Key Responsibilities

• Triage, assess, and treat patients of all ages.
• Prioritize multiple patients based on acuity.
• Provide medications, treatments, and emergency nursing care.
• Collaborate with physicians and the healthcare team.
• Educate patients and families and coordinate follow-up care.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.

Requirements

• Diploma or Associate Degree in Nursing required.
• BSN or current enrollment in a BSN program preferred.
• Active Virginia RN or Compact RN license eligible to practice in Virginia.
• AHA BLS required.
• 1+ year of ER RN experience in an acute-care setting preferred.
• Med-Surg RNs may be considered for cross-training on night shift only.
