Outside Sales Representative - Merchant Services

Base Salary: $40,000 + 25 Basis Point Monthly Residuals

Cost Plus Processing is looking for a motivated Outside Sales Representative to join our growing sales team. This is a relationship-driven sales role focused on helping business owners reduce and better understand their credit card processing costs.

You’ll be responsible for finding new business, building relationships with business owners, and taking clients through their current processing statements to identify potential savings.

What You'll Do:

• Prospect and generate new business through cold calling, networking, referrals, and in-person outreach
• Build and maintain relationships with business owners
• Meet with prospective clients and understand their current processing setup
• Review and analyze merchant processing statements
• Present processing solutions and explain potential savings clearly
• Follow up with prospects and manage your sales pipeline
• Attend and participate in our weekly Monday sales meeting
• $40,000 annual base salary
• 25 basis point residual commission paid monthly

• Sales experience preferred, but we are willing to train the right person
