Location: Nashville, TN with some Work From Home
Time Schedule: Business hours M – F, weekends optional
Compensation: $80 – 120k depending on skill, paid bi-weekly. Plus bonuses per-house.
Benefits: Paid USA bank holidays (~13 days), and PTO earned after trial period. Health benefits negotiable.

Job Summary:
The day to day operations of building and renovating houses requires managing subs & vendors by scheduling, inspecting quality and accuracy, as well as visiting job sites. At times you’ll source new subs, gather quotes, and communicate with clients. The power is in your hands to deliver millions of dollars of construction on time, in budget, and to specs/designs!

A Typical Week:

• Visit multiple properties to check on the work the subs have completed and verify on-time progress.
• Request & negotiate quotes from trade partners in advance, and submit for approval (acquire labor PO’s).
• Meet/call subs to discuss scope or work progress.
• Look for new sub relationships as needed.
• Generate status report for each job for a weekly meeting.
• Approve completed work for draws to subs.

Mission:To expand project management capacity to 15 house builds or remodels per year.

• Manage at least 4 concurrent projects and finish each to the intended quality by the expected progress milestone & completion dates (with 10% margin of error).
• Projects finish at or under budget.
• Source affordable subcontractors when a given trade struggles to perform in budget.
