Warehouse Associate – Contract to Hire

Schedule: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Pay: $17 to $18/hr. | Benefits: after conversion (3–4 months, based on performance & attendance)

We’re looking for a reliable, experienced Warehouse Associate to join a great company with a clear career path.

This is not a short-term or “just for now” role if you’re only looking for a temp gig, please look elsewhere.

We want team players who are serious about attendance, focus, and building a future in warehouse operations.

Responsibilities:

• Receive, process, and organize shipments.
• Pull stock and prepare accurate outbound orders.
• Operate forklifts, (sit-down and walkie rider) pallet jacks, and RF scanners safely.
• Inspect inventory and follow safety/quality standards.

Qualifications:

• Verifiable warehouse experience (not looking for job hoppers).
• Strong attendance and reliability record.
• Positive attitude, a desire to learn and build a career.
• Able to lift heavy items and work on your feet all day.
• Current resume required.
