This position offers two distinct opportunities within a precision-focused production environment: a 2nd shift roll label (converting) operator role and a 1st shift art setup role. Work Environment
The work takes place in a climate-controlled, quiet production facility where employees work primarily seated at machines. The environment centers around operating and monitoring specialized label-converting and art setup machinery, using hand and power tools for setup and minimal maintenance. Shifts include a 1st shift from 7:15 a.m. to 3:45 p.m. and a 2nd shift from 3:30 p.m. to 2:00 a.m., providing options for different scheduling preferences. The facility emphasizes safety, organization, and a calm, structured atmosphere.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $18.00 - $20.00/hr.
Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
