Staff Engineer

Day-to-Day:

• Perform structural engineering design and analysis under supervision
• Design basic structural projects and structural components
• Assist in analyzing new and existing structures using various materials
• Support project teams in developing solutions for client challenges within project budgets and schedules
• Assist in preparing reports, schedules, estimates, and RFI responses
• Attend meetings with clients, architects, contractors, agencies, and project stakeholders
• Learn project execution and technical engineering skills through mentorship and close review

Must-Haves:

• Bachelor's Degree or higher in Civil/Structural Engineering or Architectural/Structural Engineering
• EIT certification
• Structural engineering educational background
• Strong structural fundamentals and ability to conceptualize structural systems
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and 3D visualization skills
• Strong communication skills and ability to interact professionally with clients, architects, contractors, and internal teams
• Understanding of construction methods, materials, and building codes
