About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Healthcare Staffing Recruiter to join our growing team and support healthcare staffing programs across the Dallas–Fort Worth (DFW) market.
The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience supporting Managed Service Provider (MSP) programs and Vendor Management Systems (VMS) and a proven track record of recruiting and placing healthcare professionals with hospital and healthcare systems in the DFW area.
This is a hands-on recruiting role for someone who understands the healthcare staffing lifecycle from requisition intake and candidate sourcing through screening, submission, credentialing, onboarding, and placement.
Key Responsibilities
- Support healthcare staffing requisitions received through MSP/VMS programs.
- Recruit qualified healthcare professionals for hospital and healthcare-system positions throughout the DFW area.
- Source candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, databases, referrals, social media, and other recruiting channels.
- Review resumes and conduct initial candidate screening based on client requirements.
- Maintain a strong pipeline of qualified healthcare professionals for current and anticipated openings.
- Submit qualified candidates through the appropriate MSP/VMS platform while ensuring compliance with client submission requirements.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hospital hiring managers.
- Manage candidate communication throughout the recruitment and hiring process.
- Follow up on submissions, interviews, offers, onboarding, and start dates.
- Coordinate with credentialing/compliance teams to ensure candidates meet hospital requirements.
- Maintain accurate candidate and requisition information in the ATS/CRM and VMS.
- Monitor open requisitions, submission activity, interview activity, fills, starts, and candidate status.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals in the DFW market.
- Work closely with Account Managers, MSP contacts, hospital clients, credentialing teams, and internal operations.
- Help identify recruiting challenges and develop creative sourcing strategies to improve fill rates.
- Meet recruiting activity, submission, interview, placement, and time-to-fill goals.
- Stay current on healthcare staffing trends, client requirements, and market conditions in the DFW area.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of healthcare staffing/recruiting experience preferred.
- Previous experience supporting an MSP and/or VMS staffing program.
- Experience recruiting for hospitals or healthcare systems.
- Strong understanding of healthcare staffing and recruitment processes.
- Experience recruiting healthcare professionals such as:
- Registered Nurses (RN)
- LVN/LPN
- CNA
- Medical Assistants
- Allied Health professionals
- Other clinical or non-clinical healthcare professionals
- Demonstrated experience sourcing, screening, and submitting candidates against specific client requirements.
- Strong knowledge of ATS/CRM and VMS/MSP platforms.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple requisitions and candidates simultaneously.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven staffing environment.
Strongly Preferred
- Existing healthcare recruiting network in the Dallas–Fort Worth market.
- Experience supporting major DFW hospital systems.
- Experience working directly with hospital MSP programs.
- Experience with VMS platforms such as Beeline, Fieldglass, VectorVMS, Medefis, or similar systems.
- Experience with healthcare credentialing and compliance requirements.
- Previous experience meeting aggressive healthcare staffing fill-rate goals.
- Established relationships with local healthcare professionals.
