As a Fine Dining Fry Cook, you'll play a key role in ensuring every dish that leaves our kitchen meets the high standards our guests have come to expect. Your responsibilities will include:

• Preparing and cooking fried menu items to perfection, ensuring consistency and quality.
• Maintaining a clean and organized workstation in compliance with health and safety standards.
• Collaborating with the kitchen team to ensure smooth operations during service.
• Monitoring inventory levels and notifying the team of any shortages.
• Assisting with prep work and other kitchen tasks as needed.

We’re searching for a candidate who is passionate about food, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fine dining environment. To be successful in this role, you should have:

• At least 1 year of experience working as a fry cook or in a similar role.
• A strong understanding of kitchen safety and sanitation standards.
• The ability to work efficiently in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment.
• A team-oriented mindset with excellent communication skills.
