TaskR is recruiting our first wave of TaskR Pros reliable, hard-working independent contractors (18 and older) who want flexible, self-directed work completing small jobs for homeowners in their area. You choose which jobs to accept, set your own schedule, and get booked directly through the TaskR.Go.com no bidding, no chasing leads, no unpaid estimates.You work when you want to work!
About TaskR
TaskRGo.com is a new on-demand booking platform connecting homeowners with trusted, vetted local pros for the small jobs that pile up around every house mowing, weed eating, leaf and debris cleanup, painting, mulch, tree trimming, seasonal lighting, power washing, small furniture moves, and more. We're launching across Kentucky and the Nashville, TN area, and we're building our founding team of independent contractors ("TaskR Pros") now, ahead of our public launch.
We're a lean, founder-led company you'll be one of the first Pros on the platform, with real input into how jobs, pricing, and service categories evolve as we grow.
What You'll Do
• Accept and complete booked jobs through the TaskRgo.com website in your service area, such as:
Mowing and weed eating
Leaf and yard debris cleanup
Mulch spreading and delivery
Small tree and hedge trimming
Power washing
Seasonal/holiday light installation and removal
Painting (small jobs)
Light furniture moving (same-house)
• Communicate directly with homeowners to confirm job details and arrival windows
• Arrive on time ready to complete the job some jobs require you to bring your own tools/equipment, while others are posted as "homeowner supplies equipment," so you can take jobs either way depending on what you have available
• Complete work to a professional standard and mark jobs complete in the app
• Maintain a positive rating through quality, reliable work
What We're Looking For
• 18 years or older, with reliable transportation
• Equipment is flexible own tools/equipment (mower, weed eater, ladder, etc.) let you take more jobs, but many bookings are also available where the homeowner supplies the equipment
• Prior experience in lawn care, landscaping, handyman work, moving, or similar is a plus but not required
• Comfortable using a smartphone app to accept and manage jobs
• Able to pass a background check (FCRA-compliant check required for all TaskR Pros)
• Strong work ethic, punctuality, and good communication with customers
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. as an independent contractor
Pay & Schedule
• Pay structure: Per completed job, averaging $30–$50/hour depending on job type and whether you supply your own equipment paid directly via Stripe, with the payout amount shown before you accept any job
• Schedule: 100% flexible accept jobs that fit your availability, no minimum hours required
• Independent contractor (1099) not a W-2 employee; you set your own schedule and are responsible for your own tools and self-employment taxes
• Territory: Choose a service radius near you within our Kentucky/Nashville-area coverage zone
