HR GeneralistLocation: Phoenix, AZ Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM Pay: $35/hour Type: Temporary Assignment HR Generalist A growing organization in Phoenix is seeking an experienced HR Generalist to support daily human resources operations. This is an excellent opportunity for an HR professional who enjoys working across employee relations, onboarding, compliance, and recruitment support. Responsibilities:
  • Manage employee onboarding and offboarding processes
  • Support employee relations and HR inquiries
  • Maintain personnel files and HR records
  • Assist with benefits administration and open enrollment
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and employment laws
  • Partner with leadership on HR initiatives and projects
  • Support recruitment efforts and interview coordination
Qualifications:
  • 3+ years of HR Generalist experience
  • Knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Experience with HRIS systems
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
Pay Details: $35.00 per hour
