This is not just a general warehouse position. We're looking for someone who can learn our operation, take ownership of their responsibilities, solve problems, and eventually be capable of stepping in for the Warehouse Coordinator/Supervisor during vacations, days off, and other absences.
What You'll Do
As our HVAC Warehouse Specialist, your responsibilities will include:

- Help coordinate equipment and material needs with our installation and production teams.
- Assist with scheduling and preparing job-site deliveries.
- Load and unload equipment, materials, and incoming shipments.
- Receive, organize, and properly store inventory.
- Maintain an organized, clean, and efficient warehouse.
- Assist with inventory counts and identifying material or equipment shortages.
- Pull and prepare sheet-metal fittings and other job-specific materials as needed.
- Communicate with installers, drivers, managers, and other departments to resolve material and delivery issues.
- Use company computer systems to locate information, track materials, and complete warehouse-related tasks.
- Help maintain company vehicles, equipment, tools, and warehouse areas.
- Learn the responsibilities of the Warehouse Coordinator/Supervisor and provide coverage when that person is unavailable.
- Assist with directing day-to-day warehouse and delivery activities when covering for the Warehouse Coordinator/Supervisor.
- Perform other warehouse and operational duties as needed.
What We're Looking For
We're looking for someone who is dependable and takes ownership of getting the job done correctly.
Preferred qualifications include:
- Previous warehouse, HVAC, construction, or similar trade experience is a plus.
- HVAC equipment and parts knowledge is strongly preferred.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Dependable attendance and ability to meet deadlines.
- Comfortable working independently without constant supervision.
- Basic computer skills and comfort learning company software.
- Experience with Microsoft Office is helpful.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks as needs change throughout the day.
- Willingness to learn sheet-metal fabrication and other HVAC warehouse functions.
- Ability to work effectively with installers, drivers, office staff, and management.
