Location: Columbus, NE (68601)
Shift: C Shift | 6:00 AM - 6:00 PM | 12-Hour Rotating Schedule (Includes Weekends)
Pay Rate: $20/hr on W2
Job Summary
Seeking a Machine Operator with manufacturing experience to support production operations in a fast-paced medical device manufacturing environment. Responsibilities include machine operation, assembling, packaging, labeling, inspection, documentation, and maintaining compliance with FDA, GMP, and ISO standards.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED (Required)
- 1+ year of manufacturing or production experience preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Ability to read, write, and communicate in English
- Basic math and documentation skills
- Willingness to work rotating 12-hour shifts and weekends
- Ability to follow SOPs and work in a team environment
Responsibilities
- Operate production equipment and support manufacturing processes
- Perform packaging, labeling, assembly, and inspection activities
- Complete production records and documentation accurately
- Follow FDA, GMP, ISO, and safety requirements
- Support team goals and rotate across production tasks
- Maintain quality and productivity standards
