Employees are expected to work on-site during scheduled business hours. Compensation
In accordance with Colorado's Equal Pay for Equal Work Act and applicable wage transparency requirements:
Salary Range: $65,000 - $72,000 annually
Starting compensation will be determined based on the successful candidate's qualifications, relevant experience, demonstrated performance, education, certifications, and overall ability to perform the essential functions of the position. Compensation decisions may also consider internal equity and other legitimate business factors permitted by applicable law.
This position is classified as full-time, salaried, and exempt from overtime under applicable federal and Colorado wage and hour laws. Exempt employees are expected to work the hours necessary to effectively perform the responsibilities of their position.

Position Summary
The Marketing Manager is responsible for planning, coordinating, executing, and evaluating marketing initiatives that support the continued growth of Lotus Concepts Management and its portfolio of hospitality brands. This position develops and implements marketing campaigns, manages brand standards, oversees digital and traditional marketing initiatives, and collaborates with operations and executive leadership to increase guest engagement, strengthen brand awareness, and drive revenue growth.
The Marketing Manager serves as a strategic business partner to Operations, Culinary, Beverage, Events, Human Resources, and Executive Leadership while managing multiple projects in a fast-paced hospitality environment. Success in this role requires creativity, strong business judgment, exceptional organization, effective communication, and the ability to execute marketing initiatives from concept through completion.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

Brand Management
- Execute marketing strategies supporting company objectives and brand growth.
- Maintain consistent brand standards across all restaurant concepts.
- Ensure marketing materials accurately reflect each concept's identity and positioning.
- Assist with branding for new restaurant openings and concept development.
- Identify opportunities to strengthen brand awareness and guest engagement.
Marketing Campaigns
- Plan, coordinate, and execute integrated marketing campaigns.
- Develop seasonal promotions, menu launches, holiday campaigns, and special events.
- Coordinate marketing timelines and project deliverables.
- Collaborate with operations teams to ensure successful execution of promotional initiatives.
- Evaluate campaign effectiveness and recommend improvements.
Digital Marketing
- Oversee website content and maintain accuracy.
- Coordinate email marketing campaigns.
- Assist with paid digital advertising initiatives.
- Support search engine optimization (SEO) and local search visibility.
- Monitor online reputation and guest engagement platforms.
- Review digital performance metrics and identify opportunities for improvement.
Social Media & Creative Content
- Manage company social media calendars and content planning.
- Coordinate photography, videography, graphic design, and creative assets.
- Review marketing materials before publication.
- Ensure visual and written communications align with company branding.
- Maintain organized digital asset libraries.
Community Relations & Public Relations
- Coordinate community partnerships and sponsorship opportunities.
- Assist with media relations and public relations initiatives.
- Support charitable partnerships and local community involvement.
- Help organize promotional events and grand opening activities.
Marketing Operations
- Manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines.
- Maintain marketing calendars and production schedules.
- Coordinate with outside vendors, agencies, photographers, printers, and creative partners.
- Assist with vendor management and marketing budgets.
- Maintain organized project documentation.
Analytics & Reporting
- Monitor campaign performance using available reporting tools.
- Track key marketing metrics and return on investment.
- Prepare reports for executive leadership.
- Research market trends and competitive activity.
- Recommend improvements based on measurable results.
Leadership & Collaboration
- Collaborate with restaurant leadership on local marketing initiatives.
- Partner with Culinary on menu launches and promotional campaigns.
- Support Human Resources with recruiting marketing efforts.
- Work closely with internal departments to ensure marketing initiatives align with business objectives.
- Provide guidance to marketing coordinators, designers, interns, or agency partners when assigned.
- Promote a collaborative, professional, and solution-focused work environment.
Administrative Responsibilities
- Attend meetings as required.
- Maintain organized marketing records.
- Complete assignments within established deadlines.
- Protect confidential company information.

Requirements:
Qualifications
Required
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Advertising, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
- Experience managing digital marketing initiatives and social media platforms.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to prioritize multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred
- Hospitality, restaurant, entertainment, or retail marketing experience.
- Multi-unit or multi-brand marketing experience.
- Experience with Google Analytics, Google Business Profile, Meta Business Suite, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, and email marketing platforms.
- Experience managing agency relationships and marketing budgets.
- Minimum two years of progressively responsible marketing experience
