Restaurant Team Lead

We are looking for enthusiastic candidates to learn about our business and brands while developing their skills in the hospitality industry. The Restaurant Team Lead will oversee a cross-functional restaurant team, support team development, and help deliver consistent menu execution in a fast-paced environment. The ability to work with and lead teams is more important than extensive experience, but a genuine interest in cooking and restaurant operations is essential. This role offers growth opportunities toward Assistant Manager, Restaurant Manager, and culinary leadership positions.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support a cross-functional restaurant team.
• Develop team members and promote strong day-to-day performance.
• Follow established recipes and oversee menu execution.
• Coordinate food preparation and kitchen operations.
• Deliver attentive customer service.
• Complete opening procedures and prepare the restaurant for service.
• Complete closing procedures and support an orderly end of day.
• Address customer and team concerns through effective conflict resolution.

Required Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in restaurant operations.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience with kitchen operations.
• Team leadership skills.
