Local food manufacturing company is seeking dependable Production Workers to support daily manufacturing operations.
This role involves packaging and processing vanilla products while following quality, safety, and production standards in a fast-paced environment.
Schedule:
Monday to Friday
7:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Responsibilities:
- Work on the assembly line, accurately assembling products according to specifications
- Process made-to-order customer orders from start to finish
- Follow customer and internal guidelines for pack sizes, labeling, and product specifications
- Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs)
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
- Follow all company policies and manufacturing procedures
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a manufacturing or warehouse environment
- Ability to work effectively on a production line with strong attention to detail
- Strong teamwork skills and commitment to quality
- Willingness to learn and adapt to changing production need
- Able to speak/understand Spanish a plus
