Meadowlark Delivery Inc., an independent service provider for FedEx, is seeking a motivated and organized Fleet Maintenance Supervisor to oversee the maintenance and readiness of our growing delivery fleet.

Position Summary

The Fleet Maintenance Supervisor will be responsible for maintaining a fleet of approximately 25 delivery vehicles while helping develop maintenance programs that support future fleet growth. The successful candidate will coordinate preventative maintenance, manage vendor relationships, track vehicle condition and repairs, and ensure vehicles remain safe and operational for daily deliveries.

Key Responsibilities

• Schedule and manage preventative maintenance services.
• Inspect and monitor fleet condition, including:
• • Tires
  • Oil changes
  • Fluids
  • Lights
  • Wipers
  • General vehicle safety items
• Coordinate repairs with outside maintenance vendors and repair facilities.
• Perform light vehicle repairs and minor body work when appropriate.
• Track maintenance records, service intervals, and repair history.
• Communicate effectively with operations personnel regarding vehicle availability and repair schedules.
• Respond to vehicle breakdowns and maintenance issues as needed.
• Assist in developing fleet maintenance processes and organizational systems.
• Ensure fleet compliance with company and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2-3 years of fleet maintenance, automotive service management, or fleet operations experience.
• Strong knowledge of preventative maintenance programs.
• Ability to identify repair needs and coordinate repairs efficiently.
• Experience working with delivery vehicles, commercial fleets, or transportation operations preferred.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Self-motivated and capable of working independently.
• Basic mechanical skills and the ability to perform light repairs preferred.

Compensation & Benefits

• $1,300 - $1,500 per week DOE
