Responsibilities
- Perform MIG welding on various materials, ensuring high-quality welds that meet specifications.
- Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to understand project requirements.
- Maintain welding equipment and tools, ensuring they are in good working condition.
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and effectively.
- Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Inspect completed welds for quality and make necessary adjustments as needed.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical training in welding preferred.
- Proven experience as a MIG Welder, with a strong portfolio of completed projects.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical documents.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment.
- Familiarity with safety standards and practices in a welding environment.
