What You’ll Do
- Assist with medications according to resident orders, your training, and community policies.
- Maintain accurate medication records and promptly report discrepancies or concerns.
- Observe changes in residents’ condition and communicate with the appropriate supervisor.
- Help residents with personal care and daily routines while protecting their dignity and independence.
- Follow medication storage, safety, and infection-control procedures.
- Work closely with caregivers and community leadership to keep each shift running smoothly.
- Build trusting relationships with residents and their families.
What We’re Looking For
- Medication Technician training and qualifications appropriate for the role.
- Experience in assisted living, memory care, or a similar setting preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and clear communication skills.
- A calm, respectful approach to supporting older adults.
- Dependability, teamwork, and a willingness to help.
- Ability to meet applicable background screening and employment requirements.
