Where: Finishing Building - 110 Frecka Drive, Lexington, OH 44903. Go to the visitors entrance.
What to bring: Resume (if you have one) · Valid ID
As Seasonal Project Help in our Finishing Department, you'll keep our lines running safely, cleanly, and efficiently. This project is expected to last up to90 days.
Schedule: Work only 15 days per month with our unique rotating 3-4 day schedule
- A - Day Shift:7:00am - 7:00pm (Sunday, Monday, Tuesday & alternating Saturdays)
- B – Night Shift:7:00pm - 7:00am (Sunday, Monday, Tuesday & alternating Saturdays)
- C – Day Shift: 7:00am - 7:00pm (Wednesday, Thursday, Friday & alternating Saturdays)
- D – Night Shift: 7:00pm - 7:00am (Wednesday, Thursday, Friday & alternating Saturdays)
Compensation:
- $18.00/hr
- Additional $2.50/hr night shift differential
- 8 hours of overtime built into every schedule
- Bi-weekly Pay
What You'll Do
- Keep equipment running correctly and efficiently, with minimal scrap
- Perform required quality checks and maintain product quality
- Follow all BRCGS standards and standard operating procedures
- Keep your line and work area clean and clear of old supplies
- Work safely and follow all PPE requirements
- Work well in a fast-paced environment
What You’ll Bring
Essential Qualifications:
- Availability to work 12-hour shifts
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs consistently
- A safety-first mindset and attention to detail
- Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screening
