Job Summary:Seeking a highly organized, proactive Resale Coordinator to support all aspects of the resale process for managed communities. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, communicates clearly with owners and attorneys, and can manage multiple moving parts without losing accuracy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process resale and refinance applications and requests, including questionnaires and closing documents
- Communicate with homeowners, attorneys, lenders, and real estate professionals
- Track payments, fees, and required documents to ensure timely closings
- Maintain accurate records and update internal systems
- Ensure compliance with association governing documents and state requirements
- Provide exceptional customer service while managing deadlines and expectations
Qualifications:
- Experience in property management, HOA/condo administration, real estate, or a related field
- Strong attention to detail and ability to reconcile information across multiple source
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage deadlines and prioritize tasks
- Familiarity with resale packages, lender questionnaires, and closing processes (preferred)
- Proficiency with property management software and Microsoft Office
- Valid driver’s license preferred.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Knowledge of local real estate market and regulations.
- Experience working with Condominiums, Cooperatives, and Homeowner Associations.
